Initial Cost and Design Consultation for Remodel Projects
After your initial contact with WTS Construction, we will schedule a time to meet, become acquainted and discuss your remodeling needs.
These projects range from transforming a room from outdated to updated to getting your current home sale ready.
No project is too big or too small.
Initial Cost and Design Consultation for Custom Homes
After your initial contact with WTS Construction, we will send you optional home plans and available lots to review.
A time will be scheduled to meet and become acquainted, and discuss design options and cost implications for your project.
WTS Construction asks that you come prepared with a wish list, and that you have reviewed/selected a house plan or ideas for plans that WTS have offered, as well as a general idea of your overall budget. WTS Construction will provide you with information, including a list of references and other information to help you with your selection process.
If you have a house plan in mind, a preliminary cost will be prepared for you and estimated based on those plans. WTS Construction can make changes to any house plan you may already have in mind. The design fee is based on square footage and the number of changes made to the plan throughout the process. After the cost estimate is accepted, we will prepare a contract for your project and supply you with a list of vendors we use to allow you to put your personal touch into your home.
When you are ready to move forward with your project, a consultation with the project coordinator from WTS Construction will meet with you and finalize the details.
Initial Cost and Design Consultation for Move-in Ready Homes
After your initial contact with WTS Construction we will send you with all the information and items included in our Move-in Ready homes.
A time will be scheduled to meet and become acquainted, and discuss design options and cost implications for your project. We will provide you with a list of the vendors we use for products and if upgrades or changes are desired, we can discuss the impact of that on your project.
WTS Construction finances our Move-in Ready homes so you only have to move once! Once a contract is signed with WTS Construction for our Move-in Ready homes, the sale price does not change. This option gives homeowners the quality and look of a custom home at an affordable price.
If you have a house plan in mind, WTS Construction can search our lot inventory and see if the plans, our price point and your budget will work.

Beginning Construction
With the plot and septic planned, WTS Construction will prepare an application for a building permit to begin the process of building your custom home. Your selections need to be made at this point and submitted to our Project Coordinator.
